We understand that every school context is unique. That’s why the programme has been deliberately designed for flexibility, with an adaptable sequence that works seamlessly across:

• Horizontally organised groups (same year cohorts)
• Vertically organised groups (mixed-age tutor groups)

This adaptability ensures that high-quality reading instruction can be delivered effectively in any setting.

The programme offers a carefully balanced reading diet:

• Supplementary modules: Built around a diverse range of texts and extracts, provided in a convenient, printable booklet format.
• Core text modules: Centred on thoughtfully selected full texts that explore themes and ideas relevant to young people in modern Britain today, encouraging deeper reflection and meaningful discussion.
